How much will shipping cost
We offer $12 per order flat rate shipping within Australia, tracking and insurance are included.

When will my item be posted.
We are usually able to get your purchase packed and into the post within two business days. All shipping is done by Australia Post, the Aust Post tracking number will be sent to you once your purchase is on its way.

What if the glassware or china I received is broken.
Insurance is included in the $12 shipping rate. We will send a replacement where possible or provide a full refund.
(Clear photo’s of the damaged item and/or of the damaged packing box are required).
